• Book your packages 2 days before the date of commencement. No refund will be initiated in any case.


• Follow the rules for the usage of the rides. Not following rules can lead to accident / injury. Management will not responsible for any such injury.


• Do not throw food / paper / plastic. Use garbage bins provided in the premises.


• The area is wet and slippery. Running around shall be risky.


• Management holds the rights to change the rates without prior notice.


• Do not spit.


• Do not pluck flowers.


• Checkout timing 10:00 am.


• Swimming charges will be extra (without package swimming*).


• Swimming pool timings 9 - 1:30 am & 3 - 5 pm.


• Dj timing 9:30 - 1:30 & 3 to 4:30 pm.


• Outside food, beverage & liquor strictly not allowed.


• On cancellation advance will not be refunded.


• Buffet food will be served in dining hall only (with appropriate timings).


• GST & vat will applicable on food & liquor items.
